General Guidelines

  • Homeowners cannot allow their lot to become unsightly due to accumulation of debris, waste, unlicensed motor vehicles, scrap material, weed/grass and/or vegetation growth higher than 12”.
  • Homeowners are not permitted to park or store any motor vehicle/object/chattel, in the opinion of the HOA, is unsightly or adversely affects the amenities of neighbouring properties.

Golf Course

  • This is a reminder that the Golf Course and all lands within are PRIVATE PROPERTY. You are NOT allowed to enter their premises without approval from the owners. This includes walking your dog on course property, using the course without consent or payment, etc.  These acts could be considered trespassing and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Please be courteous and respectful of each other as we are all neighbours living in the same wonderful community.  These policies will and can be enforced to ensure compliance.  Thank you and enjoy your Spring and Summer!

Sincerely,

Your Lakes of Muirfield HOA
