Special Notice
To All Lakes of Muirfield Homeowners:
Your Lakes of Muirfield Homeowners Association (HOA) along with Wheatland County and various legal teams have officially received word that ALL land titles have been changed from Bare Land Condominium Lots to regular subdivision lots.
This means as of September 1, 2022 the 3 condominium corporations no longer exist and the Homeowners Association has absorbed all obligations of those entities. It will streamline operations, fees, contracts, management and other facets of maintaining a wonderful community we all call home.
The HOA would like to extend its thanks to all the partners involved getting to this point and the residents for your support. It has been a long two years and we believe well worth it for the community and residents.
Congratulations to all, welcome to the new Lakes of Muirfield!
