Hello Muirfield Residents;
It has come to our management company and the HOA’s attention that some home sales are having trouble closing. This is happening because when lawyers and/or realtors try to pull new titles on their website it shows the old titles have been ‘canceled’. This is due to a link number that no longer exists as our Plan numbers have changed because we are now a subdivision and not a condominium corporation.
Please see below for the new update Plan numbers for the Lakes of Muirfield for anyone wishing to pull a land title:
- Plan 0710284 is now Plan 2211271, Block 10
- Plan 0811158 is now Plan 2211277, Block 11
*Both the above retain all original lot numbers
Just a reminder that during the AGM we informed everyone that the HOA will be pulling new titles for owners who are NOT in arrears. Please keep an eye out in your mail in the next few weeks for that document.
