NEW LAND TITLES AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP
A project of the Homeowners Association when terminating the bare land condominium corporation in the Lakes of Muirfield was to arrange printouts of the updated Land Titles. This updated title is available for each home/lot that is current with their monthly HOA fees and their ownership is registered with the LTO (Land Titles Office) as of August 31, 2022
On Thursday January 19th, 2023, between 8:00 pm and 9:15 pm. at the Lyalta Community Hall, you will be able to pick up the new document. Please bring identification and if you are picking up a title on behalf of a neighbour, please provide a signed email or letter from your neighbor that includes their full contact information.
If you are unable to pick up at the above date and time, the HOA will determine an appropriate alternative. Depending on response from Thursday and any emails received, the HOA will provide details to those affected.
