Lakes of Muirfield Homeowners Association
Your HOA is delighted to announce that all HOA members in good standing, with immediate effect, are all members of the Lyalta Community Club (LCC). Your HOA has been engaged in talks and discussions with the Lyalta Community Club to find a mutual partnership that both associations would benefit from. Your monthly fee(s) of $94.50 include this wonderful membership to the community center and will continue on into the future, year over year.
The community club has been at the hub of life in Lyalta for decades and now as members we get to enjoy the many benefits of membership including a 20% discount on non-member prices. Please see the attached price list and please contact Arlene Bergeson at for bookings.
The LCC has invested over $100,000 in the hall and grounds over the past 2 years and offers a great location for a vast array of events and functions.
The LLC facilities and events are set to become a focal point of our community over the spring & summer and the LLC would welcome new volunteers from Lakes of Muirfield, to bring their thoughts, time, and enthusiasm to our community. Please contact Heather Dougall at for further details.

May 13th - Spring Craft Sale - aligning with the Lake of Muirfield Parade of Garage Sales.

The Hall and Grounds
The Lyalta Community Club is the perfect place to hold your next function, facilities include a large stage with curtains & piano, a dance floor and a bar. Outside for rent, are 2 quality baseball diamonds with covered dugouts, horseshoe pits, kids playground, club-hut, and a very large camping area for RV's or tents.
The Lyalta Community Club hall has a seating capacity for 150 people, a stage with wing-rooms, a well-maintained hardwood dance floor, 6 dart boards, bar with pop dispenser, beer fridge, a recently renovated fully equipped commercial kitchen, bathrooms with 4 men’s stalls and 4 ladies stalls, plus a private bathroom.
Note, if there are no bookings the day before and after your engagement, you can decorate a day ahead and take down the day after your event. And unlike hotels, which may limit the event to 1am or earlier, you can determine when the evening ends.
