FINAL SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME FOR NEW LAND TITLES
If you have been unable to pick up your new Land Title, they will again be available for pickup on Thursday April 20th between 7:00 pm and 7:15 pm. at the Lyalta Community Hall. Please bring identification and if you are picking up a title on behalf of a neighbour, please provide a signed email or letter from your neighbor that includes their full contact information.
This updated title is available for each home/lot that is current with their monthly HOA fees and their ownership is registered with the LTO by mid August 2022. If you took possession after mid August 2022 please connect with your lawyer for the document.
If you are unable to pick up the Land Title this Thursday, please email the HOA at and we will coordinate with you on pick up.
