An Upgrade to the Landscaping Bylaws and Controls is On-the-Way
The Board is expanding the landscaping bylaws and controls to include the option for xeriscaping. More and more applications for landscaping include the request to xeriscape at least a portion of the yard. Because of this trend and our on-going struggle with water expenses, as well as good environmental stewardship, the Board sees this as the way to go.
You will still need to submit a proposal for new or renovated landscaping for review and feedback from the board.
