Entrance Beautification
The top three responses in the community survey were to beautify the entrance, plant more trees and the have flowers/planters in the community. So, it was great when the Beautification Sub-Committee was approached by the Developer with the opportunity to work together at the front gate to clean up and add planters. Trees and shrubs outside the gate have been replaced and/or cleaned up, and planters stand at the ready on both sides of the gate to add visual interest next spring.
Adding trees is still a part of the agenda. This, however, will need additional funding (perhaps a grant) and planning for location, installation and maintenance.
